Asian Pacific Bank acted as a lead organizer of syndicated loan

APB acted as the lead organizer of the syndicated dual currency loan for the Qishloq Qurilish Bank JSCB (Republic of Uzbekistan) in the amount of 16 million EUR and 3.5 million USD for a period of 1 year.

On July 25 was signed a syndicated loan agreement. The amount of APB’s participation - 3 million euros. These are the first investments in the history of APB in the economy of Uzbekistan.

The funds will be used for corporate-wide purposes, as well as for financing the trade contracts of the borrower's clients related to the supply of goods, equipment and services from the Russian Federation and other foreign countries.

Among the participants in the transaction are credit institutions from Russia and Kazakhstan are Promsvyazbank, Transcapitalbank, URALSIB BANK, Altyn Bank, J&T Bank, ALEF-Bank.

“APB considers cooperation with credit institutions of the EAEU and the CIS in various areas of interbank business as one of the priorities and has been actively involved in syndicated lending transactions since 2013,” commented Sergei Avramov, the Chairman of the Executive Board of Asian-Pacific Bank.
