Asian-Pacific Bank held Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 27, 2014. The Meeting approved 2013 Annual report and Annual Financial Statements of the Bank. 

Income (before tax deductions) reached RUB 2.65 bln.,tax paid – RUB 887 mln., net income reached RUB 1.76 bln. (According to Russian accounting standards)

The Meeting of Shareholders elected the Board of Directors as follows:

• Evgeny Aksenov, Advisor to the Chairman of the Executive Board, Asian-Pacific Bank
• Marc van der Plas, President, «PPFIN Holding» LLC
• Andrey Vdovin, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Advisor to the Chairman of the Executive Board, M2M Private Bank.
• Margot Jacobs, Senior Advisor, East Capital Private Equity
• Sergey Tyrtsev, Chairman of the Executive Board, Asian-Pacific Bank

Independent directors:

• Sergey Golubev, former Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation
• Alexander Murychev, Chairman of the Board of the Association of Regional Banks “Russia”, Executive Vice-President of Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, chairs the Bank’s audit committee,
• Stephan Dertnig, procurator of DD Management&Advisory GmbH.

Andrey Vdovin was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Kirill Yakubovsky (Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asian-Pacific Bank from June 2011) left the Board to focus on developing of his non-financial business.
